As an agent we take a commission from the conference and meeting venues we work with but this commission is in no way reflected in the rates we are given by the venue or pass on to you. We work alongside the conference venues to ensure the best possible rates are quoted for our clients. We also work closely with our clients to make sure we are getting the best venue for their event be it a meeting or conference and will negotiate rates on their behalf should we need to.
Should you decide to use our service the only request we have is that you keep us updated with regards to the event and let us know if something is not right with the details provided so that we have every chance of correcting the details to suit your needs. Under no circumstances will you be charged by either ourselves or the venue for use of our service.
Please remember that although we are a free service for you to use we make our money by placing the business. Therefore should you decided to confirm with a venue for any conference or meeting that we have provided information for please do so through Conference Guide.
Conference Guide is an impartial venue finding service and will endeavour to find meeting venues, conference venues and exhibition venues suitable for your event.
Upon enquiring please state the timeframe for which you need the information by.
You must also provide a correct email and contact telephone number to enable us to send the details through to you and also to be able to contact you should we need to discuss your event in further detail.
In using our service you are agreeing to keep us informed of your up to date event details and any confirmations you should wish to make for meeting, conference or exhibition venues that we have proposed to you.
From the start through to confirmation, Conference Guide will do everything from searching for venues, negotiating rates, arranging site visits and confirming the event for you to make your life as easy as possible. The only thing we don’t do is pay your bill!
We can take the strain out of your day and be a one point contact for multiple venues or events. This will allow you the time to focus your attention on more important business matters.
