Conference Venues Blackpool

Blackpool has been a popular seaside destination since the 18th century, where well-to-do tourists would travel to the seaside during the summer months. It is located on the North West coast of Great Britain, with easy access by car, train and plane and is still now a very popular destination for all ages.  

It is home to a number of large capacity conference venues and hotels, including the Britannia Norbreck Castle Hotel with 3000 theatre capacity, the Winter Gardens Conference and Exhibition Centre and plenty of other hotels and conference venues to accommodation everyone’s taste, budget and desires.

The Town attracts 14.5 million visitors a year and is full of traditional seaside fun for all the family, with its famous Tower, three piers, Golden Mile plus the Pleasure Beach with over 100 rides and attractions. Blackpool has a lot to offer for everyone whether arriving for a day conference or escaping for a weekend or maybe a little longer.

Of all the possible locations you can hold a meeting, conference or Exhibition, Blackpool would be the perfect location to add a bit of fun and entertainment. Today Blackpool is, of course, a thriving resort with many events and attractions happening. Visit the Sea Life centre and explore the world’s largest variety of sharks or go splashing about in the Sandcastle or even have a stroll down the Golden Mile through the Illuminations, which has been a well know attraction since 1879. The list is endless for things to do in Blackpool.

Blackpool lost the bid for the Casino back in 2007, but after 3 years they now undergoing a large regeneration programme including the most resent news of the development of Nickelodeon Land on the south Pier.
