The state-of-the-art facilities include a spectacular 300-seat auditorium with the surrounding Cloisters which provide the perfect space for exhibitions and can accommodate up to 56 displays in a continuous walkway allowing maximum through-flow of visitors.  Additionally there is a flexible 60-seat meeting room, a high-tech I.T. training suite with 20 workstations and a self contained training suite.  In contrast, the Grade II* listed Hinxton Hall perfectly compliments the modern conference centre with meeting rooms overlooking beautiful parkland including the ornately decorated Pompeiian Room.

A choice of excellent residential accommodation is also available. Hinxton Hall provides 10 executive-style bedrooms alongside a further 60 bedrooms within the Residential Court.  There is also a 2 bedroom self-contained cottage on site ideal for Speakers or event organisers.

Throughout the conference centre and bedrooms there is LAN Wireless Technology (available at no extra charge), Ethernet connections.  All meeting rooms boast natural daylight are fully air-conditioned.  Add to this our first-class catering facilities, and the fact that all our packages, whether 8, 12 or 24 hours are fully inclusive, and you have the perfect ingredients for a successful and smooth-running event.
