Situated in the heart of "Peak Practice" country and well located for visits to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Alton Towers and Sheffield"s Meadow Hall Shopping Centre. The old mining area has become a tourist attraction and the Heights of Abraham is popular for a cable car that runs high above the town to Victoria Tower and the mining shafts.
