The Fox and Hounds Country Hotel offers a more peaceful and individual surrounding to provide the perfect setting for business meetings and conferences of various sizes.

The hotel can offer a choice of 2 conference suites.  The first can seat up to 100 delegates theatre stlye, which is ideal for lecture style formats.  Our second suite is smaller and can seat up to 20 delegates in a boardroom style meeting or seminar.

We also offer the use of the conference equipment such as projector, flip chart, television and video player, fax machine and microphone.

The conference package offered for a standard full day delegate include tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon, a 2 course hot and cold buffet lunch is also provided.  For more important clients and business contacts, an upgraded version is available.  We can also accommodate and cater for 24 hour delegates on site.

The Hotel has plenty of car parking space and is easily located halfway between Exeter and Barnstaple on the A377.  We are also easily accessible by train and are only a 2 minute walk from the station. Being sited amongst some of Mid Devon's most beautiful countryside, the hotel benefits from being able to offer many outdoor activities such as fishing, clay shooting and walking. There is a local riding stable and golf course both within 4 miles of the hotel.
