Located in Cardiff 's beautiful Civic Centre the Welsh Centre for International Affairs
is an ideal location for professional or social events. There is ample
car parking around the building and the Temple is conveniently placed
for local and national bus and train connections. With
its impressive marble Main Hall, Georgian wood-panelled Council Chamber
and smaller meeting room the Temple of Peace is the main venue, and is
suitable for conferences, seminars, business meetings, dinners and
receptions. Staff have extensive experience of holding large events -
the Temple was a venue for the 1998 European Council Summit Meeting –
and of smaller occasions. Catering and simultaneous interpretation
facilities can be arranged on request. Audio-visual equipment is
available in all rooms. The building has full access for people with
disabilities and induction loop systems exist in all public rooms. The
Temple is situated within 5 minutes' walk of Cardiff city centre.
